Professional Test Registration

Please fill in the following form completely before submitting. The test costs will be shown beside the test selection and is required to be paid at the end of this registration process.

Note: You will be redirected to the payments page after you have completed the form. You will then be required to pay for your test.

It is your responsibility to check with the Registration Board or Institution, what test you are required to do (including, if they accept part tests). It is not our responsibility. ISLPR Victoria is not able to merge results from different tests.

By submitting this form you agree with the Terms and Conditions as outlined in the Policy Document.

If you cancel your test, the test fee will be refunded, less an administration charge of $100 (incl. GST). If you do not give seven business days advance notice, before the date of your test, no refund will be given.
